Account

Delete your account.

You can wipe your MotoRidez account at any time. The deletion is permanent — there is no recover or undo flow on the other side.

What gets removed

  • Your account, name and email.
  • Every saved trip, planned route and recorded ride.
  • Your visited-roads history (the heatmap and the avoid-already-ridden routing input).
  • Bookmarks, group memberships, friend connections and scheduled rides.
  • Public share links you've created — anyone holding one will see a 404.
  • All API tokens for every device you've signed in on.

How to delete it

You'll be asked to confirm with your password before anything is removed. Two routes:

  1. From the web app: sign in, open your profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  2. From the mobile app: open the Me tab, tap Delete account, and confirm.

Locked out?

If you can't sign in, email privacy@motoridez.com from the address tied to your account. We verify ownership and remove the account within 7 days.
