The old road from Crafers to Hahndorf, winding down through the hills away from the freeway.
The original route out of the hills, bending through bush and orchards while the freeway takes the traffic.
Hahndorf at the bottom is a tourist town, so expect crowds at weekends.
It is a good, relaxed link between the hills roads.
